These terms govern your use of the Umi TCG app and website operated by Alessandro Pace. By using Umi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
What Umi provides
Umi helps collectors search card information, identify printings, view available value evidence, scan cards, and organize personal collections. Catalog coverage, features, and availability can change. You are responsible for confirming the identity and condition of a physical card.
Use of the service
Use Umi lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the app, website, backend, security controls, or other users. You are responsible for the collection information you enter or save. Access may be limited or ended if use harms the service or violates these terms.
Subscriptions and purchases
Umi Pro is offered through Apple’s App Store. The price, billing period, any introductory offer, and renewal terms shown in the purchase screen control your purchase. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account and restore eligible purchases in Umi.
Card data and values
Card details and prices are provided for informational use. Prices are estimates or marketplace observations, not offers, appraisals, guarantees, or financial advice. Actual transactions vary by condition, language, variant, marketplace, fees, shipping, and time. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
Intellectual property and third parties
Umi’s original software, design, and branding belong to its operator. Card names, game content, images, trademarks, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. External marketplaces and links have their own terms and privacy practices. Umi is not responsible for third-party listings, purchases, or content.
Unofficial status
Umi is an independent app and website for collectors of the One Piece Trading Card Game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Eiichiro Oda, or the One Piece franchise owners. All relevant marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and warranties
Umi is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete catalog coverage, exact recognition, current prices, or compatibility with every device and network condition. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Umi’s operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, reliance on card values, or transactions with third parties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
