Umi TCG is an independent iPhone app and website operated by Alessandro Pace. This policy explains the information involved when you browse the website, use the app, scan cards, save a collection, purchase Umi Pro, or contact support.

Information used by the app

The app stores your saved cards, collections, preferences, and scan usage on your device. It uses the camera to recognize cards; scanning runs on the device. The app downloads card catalog records, images, and price evidence from Umi’s backend. Requests can include card or printing identifiers, language, currency, and technical information needed to serve and protect the service. Umi’s backend does not store your collection.

iCloud and CloudKit

Collections use Apple’s private CloudKit database to sync across your devices when iCloud is available and enabled. Apple processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. Deleting saved cards in Umi queues deletion for sync; offline devices and records that have not yet synced may take time to update.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes App Store purchases and subscription billing. Umi uses RevenueCat to manage offerings, purchase status, restores, and Pro entitlements. RevenueCat receives purchase and app-user identifiers needed for that purpose. Umi does not receive your payment card details.

Support and feature requests

If you contact support, we receive what you choose to send, including your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or logs included in the email draft. Umi also links to FeatureBoard for feature requests and feedback; information submitted there is processed by that service. Review the information before sending it.

Website information

Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security logs, to deliver and protect this site. The website does not require an account to search its published catalog. We will update this policy before adding optional analytics or other tracking tools.

Retention and deletion

You can remove saved cards and collections in the app’s Settings using Delete All Data. That action does not cancel a subscription or remove unrelated app preferences. To ask about support messages, feedback records, or other data requests, email help@umitcg.com. Apple and RevenueCat have their own retention practices for transactions.

Children and international use

Umi is a collector utility and is not directed to children under 13. Services used by Umi may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their own safeguards and policies.

Changes and contact

We may revise this policy when the app, website, or service providers change. The effective date above will be updated. Questions can be sent to help@umitcg.com.
